Description
The Choctaw pattern of Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer is a blend of Arctic Castle and Arctic Split Village patterns. It features Blue Gray Rubble Quartzite Sandstone – a type of naturally occurring Southern Appalachian Stone™ – in square and rectangular cuts. The stone pieces are typically between 5 and 8 inches tall.
The stones in this pattern are a blend of natural cleft face and split face. Natural cleft face stone is cut with the grain to showcase the texture of the stone face. On the other hand, split face stone is cut against the grain to showcase the natural veining. The combination seamlessly blends to create a stunning pattern that highlights the range of textures and colors available with Quartzite Sandstone. This stone pattern can be installed with or without visible mortar to achieve your desired look.
The Choctaw pattern is available in two depths – Thin Stone Veneer and Thick Wall Stone. Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer is about 1 ½ inches deep. It can be applied to virtually any light-weight-bearing surface without additional framing or support. Thick Wall Stone is a full-bed depth stone that must be applied to surfaces that can bear weight.
This pattern is a popular choice for both residential and commercial projects. Authentic stone is naturally resistant to weather and UV damage, making it the perfect choice for both indoor and outdoor projects. Whether you want to upgrade the face of a commercial building or create a unique fireplace for your home, the Choctaw pattern is an excellent choice.
