Description
The Arctic Split Village pattern of Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer consists of rectangular pieces of Blue Gray Rubble Quartzite Sandstone – a type of authentic, durable Southern Appalachian Stone™ in a cool, blue-gray color. The stones in this pattern are between 7 and 8 inches tall and vary in length. These stones also feature a split face finish, meaning the stones are cut against the grain to showcase the natural veining. This stone pattern can be installed with visible mortar or as dry stack – without visible mortar – to achieve your desired look.
The Arctic Split Village pattern is available in two depths – Thin Stone Veneer and Thick Wall Stone. Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer is about 1 ½ inches deep and can be applied to virtually any light-weight-bearing surface. Thick Wall Stone is a full-bed depth stone that must be applied to weight-bearing surfaces.
Since both Real Rock® Thin Stone Veneer and Thick Wall Stone are authentic stone, they are naturally resistant to weather and sun. This makes the Arctic Split Village pattern ideal for both indoor and outdoor projects. Additionally, this pattern is a popular choice for both residential and commercial applications. Whether you want to upgrade the face of a commercial building or create a one-of-a-kind fireplace for your home, the Arctic Split Village pattern is an excellent choice.
